My name is Rita Meehan and I am a commercial property specialist, and after 16 years as an agent I have shifted my focus which is why I am sharing my system with you today.

After moving to Northern California, I became an analyst for top commercial agents AFTER working as a buyer and owners representative for large investment funds. It didn't take me long to see that my new job was a mirror for my old one, and moving from a buyer to a seller representative gave me an advantage by being able to understand what buyers look for when they buy commercial property.
So throughout my career I've had the privilege of facilitating billions of dollars in commercial sales and I have unique ideas about how to sell successfully.
